Responsibilities include: Processing and converting sales enquiries, point of contact for all wedding couples during the planning process and executing the whole day, including managing all staff, both agency and in house staff.
I’ve worked with Jade for the past 3 years at the Hoste Arms, firstly in the capacity of Events & Guest Services Manager and also once she became a self-employed events planner. On the day wedding coordinator for Abby & Tiago's Bridgeton inspired wedding at Swaffham Assembly Rooms. Responsibilities included: creating a comprehensive function sheet, assisting and advising with set up, running the day including all suppliers.
Jade was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding, I could never have finalised my planning and executed the wedding of my dreams without her knowledge, support and guidance. My venue was beautiful but had no onsite co ordination team, and I had no idea on how I was going to structure the order of my day. Jade produced a full, in depth function sheet witb timings, details, contacts and outstanding questions to help me organise the things I needed to complete.
On the day, Jade was my beacon in the night. She was helping me wherever I needed, but she would be already noticing things and handling them before I had time to worry about anything, she didn't miss a trick!!!

Leader on a project to enhance the guest experience of hotel guests at City Pub Group hotels/pubs with rooms. Concluding with a Guest Services Conference with all sites in attendance. Responsibilities included: Full portfolio audit of 250 rooms, best practice systems and recommendations, conference planning including writing agenda and delivering sessions.
I have worked with Jade on a number of Guest Services and Pre-Booked projects across our business and she always adds so much value to whatever she’s working on. She is patient, friendly, well-researched, thorough and always a joy to be around. Her diligence, expertise & sense of fun are pure class and I can’t recommend her highly enough for all things Events.

Energetic, ridiculously efficient, strong and an excellent addition to the team (She also baked and bought in homemade advent calendars). I had the pleasure of recruiting Jade at Southbank Centre, she made such an excellent impression at interview I can still remember it. Brought in as Interim Head of Events following a period of change in the team to work on Gucci Cruise 2024 as the operation lead on behalf of Tate Modern. Building relationships and best practices with internal teams. First point of contract for external production companies. Mentoring junior members of the team and improving processes.
Jade has been working with me and the rest of the team at Tate for the last 3 months as an Interim Head of Events. She walked in the door, learnt how to get around both Tate Modern and Tate Britain, took on (what I think) is the biggest event Tate has ever hosted, supported the move of our filing system onto SharePoint, left some amazing learnings with the team, then skipped out the door! She said it when I interviewed her in 2018 and it has remained the case – she gets s**t done.
