5 places to watch the 6 Nations in North Norfolk

In my humble opinion there is nothing more fun than watching live sport with your pals, so I cannot wait for the 6 nations to kick off this weekend - AND by the time it is over we can officially call it Spring too, its all good news from here.

Since being in Norfolk I have noticed a definite lack of locations for enjoying the beautiful games so I am very pleased to see an influx of great locations for this tournament, up and down the coast. Why not hop on to the coast hopper and visit somewhere new this tournament.

  1. VinedMe | Walsingham

We are starting off classy with Walsingham's beautiful wine bar. Recently opened this hidden gem is opening their doors for the games on a Saturday with beer, wine and snacks on offer (as well as soft drinks!) They have just 20 seats and it is first come first serve so i'd be getting their quickly!

2. The Globe | Wells next the Sea

I am absolutely delighted my local will be showing the rugby this year. Setting up a big old TV in the restaurant and serving delicious snacks - they of course have Guinness on tap too! I'll be the only one in a Welsh shirt next week. First come first serve.

3. Dabbling Duck | Great Massingham

The Barn at The Dabbling Duck was made for sporting occasions. Enjoy a bustling open kitchen and bar, that serves casual dining, in a laid back atmosphere with friends or family, perfect for rugby weekends.

4. The Hoste | Burnham Market

Did you know there is a 20 seater cinema in the basement of The Hoste? With big velvet seats and complimentary popcorn this is a great location to watch the games before or after dinner in the restaurant. Rumour has it there will be burger specials too.

5. The Jolly Sailors | Brancaster

Showing every game The Jolly Sailors is a guaranteed good time, a hit with the locals you'll find good beer, good food and an amazing atmosphere.

Bring on the rugby!
